Mario's mom, Shawnita Hardaway just dropped ALL charges against her son The famed singer/model was charged a little over a month ago by his mother.
Ms. Hardaway, who is an admitted Heroin addict has been battling the addiction for years. She filed charges against her own son singer Mario back in September. Mario was then arrested and charged with second degree assault.
But now, she has dropped all charges according to her lawyer, because she realized she didn't really have a case.
She also changed her story and said Mario never touched her, she was just intoxicated that night when she filed her report.
